"I was worried when Lance surprised me with this trip. I knew Hope had booked countless vacations to the Dominican, Mexico & many other tropical places, but I didn’t know how many she booked Island hopping in Hawaii. I thought about all of the “what if’s” including a 5 hr time change & something being wrong, would she be available? Well when lightening delayed our flight out of Nashville, I got to see that she really did have everything under control. We missed our cruise in Hawaii because of the flight delay. I panicked; I know about strict cancellation policies and no refunds! Hope called and rescheduled our cruise for the next night with ease; hassle free and no worries on our end. Everything we did over there had a “call & reconfirm 24-72hrs hours before the event/activity”; that was all taken care of. The Hilton Hawaiian Village on Oahu & the Waldorf Astoria in Maui were perfect. I would have picked the exact same to places if I had booked it myself. This trip & the service she offered was exceptional!."
